Caroline's Cakes These amazing cakes arrive in a nice red gift tin, the cakes are in perfect condition ready to serve or freeze! A wonderful success story here - In 1982 Caroline first made a 7 layer caramel cake for her son's christening. Friends began to order them for their parties and for gifts, before she knew it she was shipping them all over the country! While she is know for the 7 layer caramel, the 5 layer coconut clould (so addictive) and the 7 layer southern chocolate are also big winners. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
