Recipes
We have cut through the clutter of the millions of recipes sites on the internet (most of which are just horrible pop-up ad sites) and selected quality recipes sites that you will find very useful. Many offer online videos for their recipes. In addition, please check out our Food411 Blog, where our very own Chef Silvia has added recipes and we also post a few of the Q&A's that are submitted to "Ask Chef Silvia". Wonderful recipes can also be found in our food blog section.

Chocolate Cravings
Amano Chocolate
They start with the bean (not many chocolate makers do) & their bars are individual varietals, single-bean origin chocolate, we tasted both the Ocumare Grand Cru Dark & Madagascare Premium Dark . These bars should be broken into small pieces & enjoyed by melting in your mouth. This is not a "candy" bar to be bitten into! We preferred the Ocumare's smooth, delicate flavor to the strong fruity Madagascar. Both are rich chocolate with complex flavors. A real treat for the true dark chocolate lover. Very high quality.
