Spoon - Melissa Chmelar strongly believes in fresh, local ingredients. Her cafe/catering business using only handpicked, seasonal produce from upstate NY. Now the entire county has access to a few of her creations! She is offering online wonderful jams and baking mixes. We sampled her blueberry jam. Yum - just blueberries and minimal sugar. So good on pancakes or added to yogurt.

Frog Hollow Farm - Chutneys/conserves made with their delicious ripe fruits, a truly wonderful resource.

Colorado Mountain Jams & Jelli - Made with organic fruits from their own organic orchards, all natural, very little sugar. Old fashion jam flavors & wine jellies.

Lou Lou's Garden - With a passion for the organic heirloom fruits, vegetables & herbs that are sustainably grown here in Northern California,their products are entirely hand-made in small batches and follow the seasons. Jams, chutneys, pickles, preserves.

Three Brothers Farm - From the Romero's family farm in Louisiana their fresh ripe celeste figs are dried and then cooked with only pure fresh ingredients to produce Fig porto, whole fig preserves,fig conserve & fig/berry preserves & fig syrups.

CMB Sweets - Jams, locally grown seasonal fruits used, made in small batches. Organic when possible. no coloring / preservatives. Wonderful flavors; olallieberry, fig sesame,vanilla-pear, kiwi-lime.

Anderson's - Pure Maple syrup, Organic Pure Maple Syrup and Apple Syrup. Family run for over 80 years.....this syrup is delicious. Please do not use the maple flavored stuff in the markets - it does not even taste like the real thing. We loved their syrup - pure delicious maple flavor!

jam. - Apricot jam made from a very old, organic Blenheim apricot tree in CA. They pick the fruit & preserve it the next day, this yields a jam that we have heard has developed a cult following.

Chukar Cherry Company - Fresh harvested bing cherry jam, sauces, chocolate, pie, cobbler fillings. We found them at the Seattle Pike Market.

Ritrovo - Real black truffle salt & artisan single flower honeys from the Tuscan coast & hill country to produce single flower honeys.

Ame's Farm - Varietal honeys. They keep 300 hives in 17 locations across Minnesota.. Origin of each jar of honey is searchable in their online database.

All are trans-fat free. The savory Asain Curry spice is a great recipe ingredient and the Jungle Banana makes your toast sing. We really can not pick one favorite!

Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley - What a find! Delicious homemade fruit condiments, dessert sauces, mustards, marinades, glazes, rubs , vinegars. Fresh flavors of the Napa Valley scream through these products. We were fortunate to taste them - these are products that will make eating at home delicious & easy.

Cool Beans - An all natural white bean dip (spread or condiment). 4 flavors, a great alternative to salsa for a healthy low fat dip, works well as a spread in wraps, as a change from hummus. A great concept from 2 brothers with a passion for food & cool beans, when a product is made with passion is shines through!

Jim Town - Fresh condiments such as chopped olive spread, fig & olive spread, artichokes spreads all fresh made in California.

Rick's Pickles NYC - Award winning pickles;bread and butter, kirby cucumbers, green beans.

NYC Pickle Guys - This is a barrel cured pickle. The pickles are made by letting them sit in salt brine with garlic, spices, no preservatives. New pickles, dills, garlic, pickled tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, fresh horseradish, mustard, much more.

Guss's Pickles - Customers come from around the block and around the world to buy these sours, half sours, and green tomatoes from barrels on the sidewalk, still made according to Izzy Guss's original recipes.
